Refund policy

At Courtesy Club Dallas, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items marked "final sale" can ONLY be exchanged for the same product in a different size or a different product of the same value.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact our customer service team at courtesyclubdallas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out an exchange within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at courtesyclubdallas@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider.
