At Courtesy Club Dallas, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked "final sale" can ONLY be exchanged for the same product in a different size or a different product of the same value.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Contact our customer service team at courtesyclubdallas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out an exchange within 1-2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at courtesyclubdallas@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider.
